Your responsibilities

  • Crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages.
  • Coordinating logistics and booking accommodations, transport, and activities.
  • Maintaining contact with the Tour Leader during the tour to make adjustments and resolve issues.
  • Preparing final travel documents and sending them to clients.
  • Re-negotiating with suppliers to offer the best products at the best prices.
  • Ensuring our offers are competitive and profitable within company guidelines.
  • Monitoring payment conditions, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely, and reporting delays.
  • Ensuring payments are received on time.
  • Investigating and resolving service complaints efficiently.
  • Providing support or coverage for other departments as needed.
  • Conducting rate collection and negotiation activities as directed by management.
  • Handling emergency phone duties.
