Your responsibilities
- Crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages.
- Coordinating logistics and booking accommodations, transport, and activities.
- Maintaining contact with the Tour Leader during the tour to make adjustments and resolve issues.
- Preparing final travel documents and sending them to clients.
- Re-negotiating with suppliers to offer the best products at the best prices.
- Ensuring our offers are competitive and profitable within company guidelines.
- Monitoring payment conditions, ensuring invoices are accurate and timely, and reporting delays.
- Ensuring payments are received on time.
- Investigating and resolving service complaints efficiently.
- Providing support or coverage for other departments as needed.
- Conducting rate collection and negotiation activities as directed by management.
- Handling emergency phone duties.
