Your responsibilities:
- Crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages
- Coordinating logistics and booking accommodations, transport, and activities
- Maintaining regular contact with the Tour Leader during the tour to make adjustments and solve problems
- Double checking and preparing final travel documents to send to the client
- Re-negotiating with suppliers to offer the best product at the best possible price
- Ensuring competitive and profitable pricing within the company's guidelines
- Monitoring payment conditions and ensuring invoices are accurate and timely
- Reporting any delays to the DM/supervisor or TL
- Investigating and resolving service complaints efficiently
- Offering support or cover for other departments as required
- Conducting rate collection/negotiation activities as directed by the Manager/Supervisor
- Managing emergency phone communications
Your profile:
- European Language Skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- Understanding of travel industry market and culture
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft Office package
- Skilled negotiator with strong professional relationship-building abilities
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency are essential
- Calm and assertive when handling client/supplier incidents
- Able to handle operations and create best practices
