Your responsibilities:

  • Crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages
  • Coordinating logistics and booking accommodations, transport, and activities
  • Maintaining regular contact with the Tour Leader during the tour to make adjustments and solve problems
  • Double checking and preparing final travel documents to send to the client
  • Re-negotiating with suppliers to offer the best product at the best possible price
  • Ensuring competitive and profitable pricing within the company's guidelines
  • Monitoring payment conditions and ensuring invoices are accurate and timely
  • Reporting any delays to the DM/supervisor or TL
  • Investigating and resolving service complaints efficiently
  • Offering support or cover for other departments as required
  • Conducting rate collection/negotiation activities as directed by the Manager/Supervisor
  • Managing emergency phone communications

Your profile:

  • European Language Skills are a plus, but not mandatory
  • Understanding of travel industry market and culture
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft Office package
  • Skilled negotiator with strong professional relationship-building abilities
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency are essential
  • Calm and assertive when handling client/supplier incidents
  • Able to handle operations and create best practices
  • A good team player
  • Able to follow company procedures
