Role Description This is a fractional, remote role for a Business Development Manager at Tour Padel. The Business Development Man ager will

  • Focus on identifying and sourcing new sites with potential to develop a padel club
  • Initiate outreach with relevant stake holders, introducing Tour Padel and the potential for a padel club at their site
  • Conduct initial meeting or call and share Tour Padel's proposal

The role also involves market research, tracking leads and pipeline activity.

The successful candidate will help shape Tour Padel's expansion strategy while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with experience identifying and closing partnership opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategic plans to support growth objectives.
