This is a fractional, remote role for a Business Development Manager at Tour Padel.
- Initiate outreach with relevant stakeholders, introducing Tour Padel and the potential for a padel club at their site.
- The successful candidate will help shape Tour Padel’s expansion strategy while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients.
- Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with experience identifying and closing partnership opportunities.
- Organizational and time-management skills suited to a part-time, remote role, including managing pipelines and reporting progress.
- Prior experience in sports, leisure, or real estate development is beneficial, especially within the UK market.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems to manage contacts, leads, and partnership activities.
- Interest in Padel, tennis, or sports development is a strong advantage.
