Toum in Mayfair, London, is seeking a full-time Bartender to work on-site at the restaurant and Encore listening bar. You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks to complement Toum’s Lebanese and French-inspired menu, welcoming guests and taking orders.
You will maintain bar cleanliness, manage stock, handle cash, follow health and safety rules, and work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver polished hospitality across both venues.
