In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll support the delivery of vital mental health services through administration, service improvement, recruitment support, data analysis and digital innovation. Working alongside dedicated colleagues, partners and communities, you’ll help ensure our services remain responsive, accessible and welcoming to everyone who needs support, every single day.
Tasks
This role is responsible for ensuring quality business support is provided to the Head of Crisis Services, Management Team, and wider workforce within Touchstone’s Here For You Services to support the delivery, evaluation, and improvement of services which contribute to service growth and sustainability. This will include direct liaison with commissioners, senior management, stakeholders, and service users, to respond to queries appropriately and promote the service.
This role will require the post holder to uphold the health and safety requirements of facilities working with other managers, and support with the roll out of digital improvements in line with service needs and under the direction of the Business Change Manager.
Requirements
This role will provide administration support to senior management, recruitment support, data analysis, and ensuring effective systems and administration processes are in place. This will include contributing to the development of systems and digital applications that support service promotion, delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
