More about your role
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller on a FTC contract until June. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have to proactively manage the Maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You ensure that all maintenance issues are triaged in a timely manner to the correct contractor who is responsible for rectifying the problem. Part of your role will involve you liaising with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly and efficiently and to pay suppliers invoices promptly. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home).

More about you
Property management experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service and have worked in a fast paced environment. Experience of working with various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
