More about your role Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the Property Administrator will provide support to the portfolio of properties under management with the aim of providing an excellent level of customer service to tenants whilst complying with budgets and mandates. As well as assisting in the letting process to minimise voids and maximise rents, you will complete rent reviews and process inspection reports where required. In addition, you will provide admin support to the client and portfolio. This role will be based on site 5 days a week during the length of your probation but following this we offer hybrid working. We are committed to a safe work place so this role requires a basic DBS. More about you The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an administration or customer service position. Good IT skills are desired as well as a proven track record of being able to liaise with stakeholders. Experience & Skills Experience in a customer service or admin role, IT skills in particular Teams, Outlook and other MS packages, Communication skills, Stakeholder engagement, Time management.
