Join a Community that cares about you! More about your role We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Controller on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have to proactively manage the Maintenance aspect of a portfolio of properties ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You ensure that all maintenance issues are triaged in a timely manner to the correct contractor who is responsible for rectifying the problem Part of your role will involve you liaising with tenants, contractors, landlords and the client to ensure queries are completed promptly and efficiently and to pay suppliers invoices promptly. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am β 5.30pm and Friday 9am β 5pm. Once you have successfully completed your probation (6 months) we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home). More about you Property management experience is preferred for this role however it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
