We are looking to recruit an Assistant Portfolio Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio and Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of all property management services within the business area for London Clients. You will be responsible for carrying out site inspections to ensure our properties are maintained at a high level, your role will require you to manage the repairs and maintenance issues reported to the team and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner. You will assist with the management of operational and financial performance of a residential property portfolio(s) through managing expenditure & rent collection, managing works and repairs to help minimise void periods and ensuring maximum efficiency and tenant satisfaction. In addition, you will maintain regular dialogue with the client to ensure their expectations are being met. This role is site based 3-4 days a week covering all of London.
The ideal candidate will have a background within Property and Property Management. Experience of repairs and maintenance in addition to contract / works management is also desired.
