The post holder will lead and manage Touchstone’s Here For You crisis alternative service and CRISS peer-support service in Leeds, offering non-clinical support to individuals aged 16+ facing self-harm, suicide, and acute distress. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing services in line with service user needs.
  • Managing recruitment processes for new staff.
  • Partnering to effectively triage referrals.
  • Representing services in external stakeholder meetings such as the multi-agency project steering group.
  • Managing service budgets in line with Touchstone policies.

Working for a diverse and inclusive organisation (36% BME staff, 25% LGBTQ+ staff, 16% staff with a disability). Staff and peer support networks available. 28 days annual leave (rising to 31 after 2 years) + 8.
