Recovery Worker – Community Rehabilitation Team
Agenda for Change Band 3 starting at £25,760 pa, 37.5 hours per week, fixed term for up to 3 years with possibility of an extension.
As a Recovery Worker you will deliver specific components of prescribed care packages under the direct supervision of Care Coordinators and Clinical Leads within the Community Rehabilitation Team. You will provide structured support and practical assistance to service users in order for them to take control over their own lives and engage actively in their own recovery process.
Additional responsibilities include working with service users of all ages (over 18) and providing a flexible service over 7 days between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday and 9 am to 5 pm on weekends.

- Experience or perspective from lived experience of mental health difficulties is welcomed.
- Ability to work flexibly across a 7‑day service model.
- Right to work in the UK; if appointed, will be required to provide relevant documents.
