More about your role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are looking to recruit a Property Manager on a permanent basis. Based in Glasgow, you will act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints relating to the customer and the property. It is imperative that the highest level of service is provided to both internal and external clients.
The essential criteria to be considered for this role are:
- Customer Service Experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail
This role is able to offer hybrid working after an initial period of training. A basic DBS check is mandatory.
