About the roleAs an Estate Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day technical condition of our estates. This includes ensuring minor repairs are identified and addressed promptly, while delivering a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents. You will work closely with colleagues, contractors and customers to help maintain safe, compliant and welcoming environments.
