At Places for People, we hire People, not numbers! We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator on a permanent basis. Based in Bath, you will play a key role in maximising rental collections across client portfolios so that client expectations and SLAs are met. On a daily basis you will work with the Property Managers and Finance Team to maintain a high level of performance whilst delivering effective solutions to the customer, client and the team. Running arrear reports and chasing any outstanding payments is also a key part of the role.
The ideal candidate will come from a customer service background with good communication skills - both written and verbal. You will also possess good numerical and literacy skills. An understanding of credit control and working in arrears is beneficial but not essential. In addition, you will be able to deal with customer complaints and work with stakeholders at different levels.
