Touchstone Bath is recruiting a Maintenance Controller on a Fixed Term basis, reporting to the Operations Manager. The role is on site with hours Monday to Thursday 9am–5.30pm and Friday 9am–5pm; after training it offers hybrid work (3 days at home).
You will proactively manage maintenance for a portfolio of properties, triage issues to the right contractors, and liaise with tenants, landlords and the client to resolve queries promptly, while ensuring timely supplier payments and compliance.
