At Places for People, we hire People, not numbers! We are looking to recruit a Client Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (Approx 3 months), we can offer hybrid working (3 days at home).
As a Client Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for providing frontline transactional input to the database. On a daily basis you will work as part of the wider team to ensure bank transactions are recorded accurately and allocated to the database. In addition to raising payments through the system, you will deal with internal and external queries relating to their portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Excel are advantageous. Communication skills are essential.
