Agenda for Change Band 5 starting at £32,073 pa, 37.5 hours per week, fixed term up to 3 years with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

This role is an exciting opportunity open to applicants with experience working within mental health settings and a demonstrable knowledge of Inclusion, Co-Production and service/community pathways within the Leeds area. The post will be based in Leeds within a Multi-Agency, Multi-Disciplinary Team in hospital settings. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with Service Users and allied professionals to navigate community pathway opportunities. The successful candidate will be able to build effective working relationships across all sections of society and champion a Co-produced approach, with the service user at the centre of all interventions.

Coproduction

Coproduction is a way of working which sees the people who provide services, and those who use them, as equal partners in the way those services are designed and delivered. This means managers, clinicians and administrators working hand-in-hand with patients, clients or service users and their friends, families and carers to change services for the better.
