The predicted salary is between 23 - 25 £ per hour.

SALARY: Touchstone Pay Structure (2024) points* 23-25 starting at £34,036.66 pa/pro rata.

Plus, an additional unsociable hours payment of £2.00 per hour from 9.00pm – 10.00pm. *Any increase in pay point(s) will be reviewed on annual basis based on the financial position of Touchstone and will only be awarded on this basis.

Your pay/pay point will not automatically increase.

HOURS: 19.5 hours per week on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (Plus an additional 4 hours per week Admin Hours) This role is fixed term till 31 March 2028, with the possibility of extension.

The role will require working 3:00pm-10:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (including bank holidays), plus 4 admin hours which can be carried out flexibly throughout the week.

We are seeking self-motivated individuals who have experience of successfully line managing people, also supporting people with emotional distress, including working with people at risk of suicide and self-harm and supporting people from BME and LGBTQ+ communities.

The Here For You service provides support to individuals, aged 16 years or older, who are struggling to cope and may have thoughts of self-harm or suicide.

The service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year alongside emergency services, primary care, statutory services and other third sector community services to provide the most appropriate support for individuals away from A
