About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Community Manager, you will ensure that the site is well maintained and technical issues are minimised. This role is based on site 5 days a week at The Charter, 1 New Swan Yard, Gravesend DA12 2EN with working hours of 9am – 5:30pm (including lunch break).
Responsibilities
- Assist with health and safety issues and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the site.
- Assist in the procurement of goods and residents with ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Experience working in a maintenance environment.
- Hospitality experience (desirable but not essential).
- Good communication skills.
- Basic DBS check mandatory.
