Role: Lettings and Administration Administrator – Viewing Agent
Contract: Initial 3‑month fixed term
Reporting to: the Lettings and Administration Manager
Working hours: Tuesday to Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm – covering Edinburgh and Lothian
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and meet client and team performance targets
- Highlight key features of each property and answer applicant queries
- Provide feedback to the Lettings team following viewings
- Liaise closely with the Property Management Team to advise on any issues within the properties
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver’s licence (sites visited are not accessible by public transport)
- Previous experience in a property management or viewing role is desired but not essential
- Basic DBS check required (mandatory for the role)
