You will also oversee budgets, arrears, expenditure, rent deposits and client account activity in line with relevant lease, regulatory and RICS Client Money Protection requirements. This role is based in London 2-3 days a week.
Essential Criteria

Your organised and thorough approach will help you maintain accurate records, monitor critical dates and make evidence-based recommendations. Experience of institutional or investment property portfolios, ESG and sustainability initiatives, lease renewals, rent reviews or asset management projects would be beneficial. Familiarity with a property accounting system such as Qube would also be useful.
