We are seeking a Permanent Maintenance Operative to join our team at The Blockhouse, 21 Pelham Street, Brighton, BN1 4FA. The role reports to the Community Manager and requires a presence on site 5 days a week during 9am – 5.30pm (including lunch break).
Responsibilities
- Ensure the site is well maintained and technical issues are minimised.
- Assist with health and safety issues and maintain a high level of customer service throughout the site.
- Assist in the procurement of goods and respond to residents’ ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a maintenance environment.
- Hospitality experience desirable but not essential.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic DBS check mandatory.
