Touchstone Group Ltd in Bath is seeking a Customer Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role is 25–30 hours per week with one office day in Bath and additional office days during training.

You will support leasing activity and day-to-day operations, delivering a high standard customer experience and handling administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will liaise with customers on renewals, conduct market research, and ensure applications are processed efficiently.
