The Operations Manager (permanent) reports directly to the Portfolio Manager and plays a key role in managing the delivery of all property management services within the business area. You will continually improve management services to meet budget targets and client expectations. A basic DBS check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver property management services for void properties and administrative tasks in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Assess and improve existing operational procedures, collaborating with other Senior Managers to determine best practice and implement a uniform approach
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Lead line management, conduct appraisals, and develop other staff members
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance
