Touchstone Bath is seeking a Maintenance Controller to join our team on a permanent basis.
You will report to the Operations Manager and play a key part in maintaining a growing portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with client, company and statutory requirements.
The role is based on site at Touchstone Bath with hours of Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm.
After an initial training period (1 month) the role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).
