We are looking to hire a Credit Control Administrator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business. This role is responsible for overseeing credit control administration within the portfolio, ensuring the maximisation of rental collection, accurate recording of all correspondence within the client database, and the delivery of exceptional service to both internal and external clients.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (Approx 3 months), we can offer hybrid working (up to 3 days at home).

Credit Control experience is preferred for this role; however, it is not essential as training will be provided. The ideal applicant will have a background in customer service, be comfortable using various IT packages and have a track record of working with various stakeholders.
