We are looking to recruit a Credit Control Administrator on a permanent basis. Based in Bath, you will play a key role in maximising rental collections across client portfolios so that client expectations and SLAs are met. On a daily basis you will work with the Property Managers and Finance Team to maintain a high level of performance whilst delivering effective solutions to the customer, client and the team. Running arrear reports and chasing any outstanding payments is also a key part of the role.
Working Pattern
- Hybrid Working β in the office Tues and Fri after training
- Mon β Thurs: 9am β 5.30pm
- Fri: 9am β 5pm
Responsibilities
- Daily management of credit control across client portfolios, including preparing arrear reports, chasing outstanding payments, maintaining performance data and providing effective solutions to customers, clients and the team.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a customer service background with good written and verbal communication skills.
- They should possess good numerical and literacy skills.
- Knowledge of credit control and experience in arrears is beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and interact with stakeholders at various levels is required.

- Basic DBS check is mandatory.
