A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a creative and motivated lead generator to work in a dynamic B2B technology company. We are looking for a proactive individual with a genuine drive to progress within our ambitious B2B sales team. You will be responsible for a blend of digital outreach and telephone engagement ensuring brand focus.

Location: On Site, Manchester, M17
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday- Friday 40 hours per week, Flexible start time and end time with core hours 8am to 4.30pm.
Job Overview
- Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively generate new enquiries and add value to our existing accounts and across the company’s multiple disciplines. Assist with the company’s presence at industry exhibitions, using these as calls-to-action (CTAs) for lead generation.
- Pipeline Nurturing: Drive meaningful engagement through strategic telephone outreach and industry events, acting as a key advocate to nurture leads. Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent lead follow-up, providing a feedback loop between marketing and sales.
- Creative Marketing: Work alongside the Marketing Manager in designing web-based and sales material with the use of WordPress and Canva. Engage in outbound campaigns to maintain consistent touchpoints within our database.
- CRM Data Management: Use Salesforce to track and manage new leads, providing insights to the wider team. Data cleansing and ensuring that both account and prospect information is accurate, up-to-date, and actionable for both sales and marketing teams.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar sales support or marketing-led growth role is preferable.
- Degree level education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Hands-on experience is beneficial in systems such as WordPress and various email marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge in CRMs, such as Salesforce, is desirable for managing pipeline, data cleansing, and reporting on growth.
- Professional marketing qualifications such as CIM or DMI are highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in Canva for creating professional, brand-aligned marketing and sales materials.
- A full UK driving licence.
