Working in an innovative and creative .NET Core Software environment, you will lead a small, agile team focused on delivering the company's accelerated digital product roadmap. The initial project involves architecting and implementing a new framework for their award-winning customer-centric digital services.
This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to code while providing technical leadership and mentorship. You will influence system design, promote engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, you’ve previously implemented engineering best practices and are ready to drive technical direction while remaining hands-on with development.
