A highly skilled, proactive Temporary Staffing Team Leader will lead the Booking Coordinators and Compliance Team. The role includes day‑to‑day management of the Temporary Staffing Team, serving as the escalation point for queries and concerns, collaborating closely with the Temporary Staffing Manager, creating and distributing regular staffing reports, ensuring compliance for all temporary workers, and working to develop experience within the NHS temporary staffing sector while reducing agency usage.
Main Duties
- Provide a professional, high‑quality service in a customer‑focused environment for both clinical and non‑clinical departments.
- Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Temporary Staffing Team, oversee Booking, Training, and Compliance Coordinators, and the Senior Coordinator.
- Offer guidance and training, promote team engagement and productivity, and collaborate with services and recruitment to address staffing shortfalls and implement a targeted bank recruitment strategy.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
