CBT Therapist in Ealing

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and committed CBT Therapist, Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or Psychotherapist specialising in working with psychosis to join our passionate and innovative team. You will be working in Ealing Early Intervention in Psychosis Service with people experiencing a First Episode of Psychosis, offering individual, family and group interventions, and support to the wider team.

Contract

Fixed-term contract of 5 months, from 02/03/2026 to 07/08/2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group interventions to people experiencing a First Episode of Psychosis in the Ealing Early Intervention in Psychosis Service at Hanwell.
• Deliver direct psychological interventions and support to the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Psychology and two Highly Specialist CBT Therapist/Counselling Psychologists to deliver a comprehensive borough psychology service, including family work and complex case consultation.
• Liaise with MDT colleagues and support the development of psychological skills among junior psychology colleagues.

Qualifications

• Genuine commitment to MDT partnership working and psychological approaches to recovery.
• Experience providing direct CBTp, other individual interventions for trauma and emotional needs, and Family Interventions with people with psychosis.
• Ability to work with people from varied cultural backgrounds and use interpreters when necessary.
