We are seeking an experienced and innovative GP Practice Manager to join our unique practice. The practice provides enhanced primary care to the residents of the care homes across the borough (c.1300 patients) and is staffed by a multi‑disciplinary team of administrators, pharmacists, GPs, practice nurses, advanced assessors and support workers. As a key service within Ealing Community Partners (ECP), the practice works closely with other ECP services to ensure that patients receive safe and responsive clinical care and treatment.

The role requires a strong communicator who can adapt their leadership style to encourage a culture of high performance and who can demonstrate the delivery of high quality care within the practice. The successful candidate will be a valued member of both the practice team and ECP and will be supported in their role and development opportunities from line managers, peers and corporate colleagues.

Main Duties

The post holder will be responsible for all operational functions of the service, including financial management, monitoring performance, providing line management to a defined group of staff, and supporting daily prioritisation of tasks and allocation of work. The holder will represent the practice in relevant Primary Care Network and wider borough‑based partnership meetings, work alongside the clinical lead and others to support the practice in its ongoing transformation journey, and advise and support the trust in the development of existing and potential new primary care strategies.
