Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day control of workshop workflow
- Monitor vehicle progress and ensure repair deadlines are met
- Carry out quality control inspections before vehicle handover
- Liaise with technicians, estimators, parts suppliers, and office staff
- Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and company standards
- Maintain accurate workshop records and documentation
- Support excellent customer service throughout the repair process
What We’re Looking For
