Key Responsibilities

  • Mapping complex business processes across multiple stakeholders and systems in financial services.
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Creating data flow diagrams and process documentation using diagramming tools.
  • Engaging directly with senior stakeholders (C-suite, Operations, Finance).

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in financial services (reinsurance, insurance, or asset management preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Excel including data manipulation, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
  • Experience creating process maps and data flow diagrams using diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or draw.io.
  • Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations.
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of data workflows including reconciliation processes, data quality checks, and system integrations.
