- Mapping complex business processes across multiple stakeholders and systems in financial services
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams
- Creating data flow diagrams and process documentation using diagramming tools
- Engaging directly with senior stakeholders (C-suite, Operations, Finance)
3+ years experience as a Business Analyst in financial services (reinsurance, insurance, or asset management preferred)
- Strong proficiency with Excel including data manipulation, pivot tables, and lookup functions
- Experience creating process maps and data flow diagrams using diagramming tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or draw.io
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations
- Experience working in agile delivery teams using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of data workflows including reconciliation processes, data quality checks, and system integrations
Bonus (the nice to haves): SQL proficiency for querying databases and validating data
