Totum Partners is working with a global Law firm who is searching for a Management Accountant to work in their London office (3 days in office, 2 days working from home) and support month-end reporting as well as providing assistance to overseas offices.
Management Accountant Duties:
- Prepare monthly UK management accounts and accompanying analysis
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit requirements and support the production of regulatory and statutory financial reporting
- Coordinate and support the annual budgeting process and analyse variances and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand financial performance and support business objectives
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of finance processes and systems and support the implementation of new reporting tools and procedures where required
Management Accountant Experience:
- APPLICANTS MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING IN A LEGAL OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FIRM
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent
- Strong understanding and evidence of preparation of management accounts and month-end experience
- Experience working in a multicurrency environment is highly desirable
