We are delighted to be working with a leading Barristers Chambers who are looking for a Social Media & Marketing Executive to join them in a newly created role. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about developing and executing a social media strategy from scratch, as well as helping on wider marketing projects as needed. This set is well established and has a brilliant reputation. They are ambitious and in growth mode, and this role will play an integral part in that journey – this is a role that will challenge the status quo and help to set them apart from the competition.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to proactively leverage the set's high profile work into engaging social media content. The existing marketing team is dynamic and friendly, and the Head of Marketing is super supportive, whilst encouraging autonomy and ownership of the role.

The remit of this Social Media & Marketing Executive role will include:

  • Social media strategy and planning and identifying campaign opportunities
  • Content creation and curation
  • Community engagement
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Website and intranet management
  • Supporting on wider marketing projects as required

The successful candidate for this role will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, gained in the legal or wider professional services sector
  • Strong flair for social media using LinkedIn, X, Instagram and TikTok
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, able to influence and persuade where needed
