A market-leading international law firm is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to join its growing London office. This is a high-impact role with huge potential. You’ll work directly with London partners and a well-resourced BD and Marketing team in the US, to shape and deliver BD strategy across key areas including client/industry/practice BD planning, pitches, client targeting, events, sponsorships, and legal directories. The role supports ambitious growth in the UK and EMEA, with full access to global resources and tools. You’ll be joining a highly respected business with a collaborative, friendly culture at its heart—and a strong reputation for innovation, quality, and client service.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ BD or marketing experience in a top law firm or professional services environment
- Strong UK market knowledge and experience working across borders
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and stakeholder management skills
- Confident, commercially minded, and highly collaborative
