Totum is pleased to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Revenue Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced revenue leader to take ownership of working capital performance, drive strategic improvements, and work closely with senior stakeholders across a high-performing finance function. The role will play a key part in shaping revenue strategy, improving lock-up and cash collection, and supporting operational and commercial decision-making at a senior level.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead firmwide initiatives to reduce lock-up and improve working capital
  • Shape and refine billing approaches, including rate structures and alternative fee arrangements
  • Contribute to finance leadership discussions and support broader operational decision-making
  • Provide regular insight, analysis, and commentary to senior stakeholders on revenue performance
  • Manage, develop, and motivate a sizeable revenue team, setting clear targets and accountability
  • Oversee WIP management, billing cycles, and collections activity
  • Ensure processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with best practice
  • Build strong relationships with partners and practice leads to support revenue performance
  • Strengthen internal processes to support complex and bespoke billing requirements
  • Work closely with client-facing teams and external finance contacts to accelerate billing and cash collection
