Totum Partners is working with an international Law firm to recruit a Finance Manager for their London office.
This opportunity will suit Financial/Management Accountants who have worked in global Law firms seeking to take a step-up, or someone currently working as a Finance Manager within the Legal sector looking for a new challenge.
Hybrid working and competitive salary is available with this opportunity, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Duties: Manage the monthly payroll process for multiple jurisdictions, working closely with external payroll providers.
Prepare monthly accounting schedules, including accruals, prepayments, payroll, benefits and fixed assets.
Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity of financial records.
Assist with month-end and year-end reporting activities.
Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
Deliver financial analysis and reporting to support senior management with business planning and performance reviews.
Partner with departmental managers to monitor expenditure and identify opportunities for improved financial performance.
Prepare indirect tax returns across multiple international jurisdictions, including VAT and equivalent local taxes.
Oversee treasury activities, including cash management and banking relationships.
Support the preparation of statutory and tax reporting requirements across the firm's international entities.

Part or fully ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent.
