Totum is pleased to be partnering with a leading law firm to recruit an eBilling Rates Analyst. The role offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home. This is a great opportunity to focus on the maintenance of eBilling client rates, working closely with clients, partners, pricing and business development teams.
The role will involve:
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding to eBilling by setting up rates accurately from the outset
- Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of new rate agreements
- Investigating upload and submission issues, escalating to platform providers where required
- Maintaining clear and practical documentation for internal use
- Building knowledge of eBilling systems and how they integrate with the practice management system
- Supporting submissions across LEDES and XML formats
- Attending relevant technical and development training
The successful candidate will have:
- eBilling experience gained within a law firm
- Familiarity with commonly used legal eBilling platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
