Job Description

Totum Partners are working with a top-tier international law firm based in the City of London to recruit an experienced E-Billing Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team within a well-established global firm.

The E-Billing Administrator will be responsible for:• Uploading e-Bills to client systems• Maintaining and updating the e-Billing log• Reviewing daily alert reports• Liaising with global teams to resolve e-Billing queries• Reconciling bills issued in Elite with various e-Billing platforms• Supporting changes in team structure, staff location, or services as needed• Contributing to the firm’s Responsible Business programme

The ideal candidate will have:• Previous e-Billing experience• Strong Excel skills
