Job Responsibilities:
- Support the adoption of new technologies & AI Solutions across the firm, including Microsoft Copilot, Agentic solutions, and other in-house developed systems.
- Design, deliver, and regularly update a range of in-house IT training modules, while confidently using AI assisted training creation tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Establish feedback systems to monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and inform continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs and provide tailored advice, guidance and information.
- Develop and deliver the Induction Training Programme, ensuring new starters and employees transitioning roles are confident in using the required technology.
Skills Required:
- 2 years+ experience in an IT Training role within a law firm or professional services firm.
- Proven experience delivering training across various formats (group sessions, one-to-one, digital modules).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including AI tools such as Copilot.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and research skills.
- Experience managing a Learning Management System (e.g., Cornerstone OnDemand).
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly (after a short probation period).
