Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive
Our client is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive to join their collaborative Marketing and Business Development team on a six-month contract. This role will provide essential support while the team undertakes a major strategic initiative.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the organisation’s presence across digital platforms. This includes creating engaging content, monitoring social media activity, supporting digital campaigns, and analysing performance metrics. The role also involves contributing to broader digital marketing efforts such as email campaigns, website updates, and multimedia content production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X using tools like Canva and Hootsuite.
- Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely publication of content.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and governance protocols.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and escalate reputational issues as needed.
- Track and report on digital performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations.
- Support website content updates and manage incoming queries from the website inbox.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Vuture.
- Contribute to the production and distribution of podcasts and other multimedia content.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of experience in a fast-paced professional environment, preferably within a services-based industry. They should be confident managing their workload independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.

- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns, both organic and paid.
- Familiarity with editorial planning and publishing tools such as Hootsuite.
