Job Responsibilities
- This position reports to the Regional IT Manager and provides support from 1st-3rd line.
- The role would suit a good all-round generalist, who can touch on desktop support, network/infrastructure and assist with projects.
- You will use advanced troubleshooting techniques in order to provide accurate, timely and creative resolutions to user and local office technology-related issues.
- Serve as the local team lead for the office and provides back-up support to the Regional IT Director and/or IT Manager.
- Mentors and trains other team members, actively sharing knowledge and best practices, as needed and assigned.
- Actively participates in and occasionally leads (including testing and documentation) software pre-pilots, pilots and roll-outs.
- Performs detailed problem analysis and documents issues and resolutions related to software or network situations and works with software and hardware engineers when the issue needs to be escalated.
Skills Required
- 10 years+ in IT Support ranging from 1st-3rd Line experience, law firm experience is essential.
- Provide technical support for O365, AD, Azure, Win Server, Intune, iManage, Bighand, Intapp, SCCM/Endpoint, Mobile Devices & Network protocols.
- This would suit someone from a smaller law firm, who is a good all-rounder/generalist and has exposure to all firm technologies.
