Job Responsibilities

  • This position reports to a Regional IT Director or IT Manager and provides support of desktop/laptop computer systems of a complex nature to ensure end-user productivity and efficiency.
  • You will use advanced troubleshooting techniques in order to provide accurate, timely and creative resolutions to user and local office technology-related issues.
  • Serve as the local team lead for the office and provides back-up support to the Regional IT Director and/or IT Manager.
  • Coordinates the desktop-support-related activities of team members and serves as the back-up to the Regional IT Director and/or IT Manager as needed.
  • Mentors and trains other team members, actively sharing knowledge and best practices, as needed and assigned.
  • Actively participates in and occasionally leads (including testing and documentation) software pre-pilots, pilots and roll-outs.
  • Performs detailed problem analysis and documents issues and resolutions related to software or network situations and works with software and hardware engineers when the issue needs to be escalated.

Skills Required

  • 10 years+ in IT Support experience, 3 years+ within a law firm is essential.
  • Provide technical support for O365, AD, Azure, Intune, iManage, Bighand, Intapp, SCCM, Avaya, Apple/Android mobile devices & Network protocols.

This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH.
