We are looking for an exceptional Senior Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead growth and profile-raising for a prestigious, elite international disputes firm consistently ranked among the very top globally. This is a hands-on, high-impact role, working closely with senior partners and leadership to shape strategy, drive client engagement, and elevate the firm\’s global presence.

Key Responsibilities

Translate strategic BD priorities into actionable plans across offices, teams, and clients.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global BD team.

Drive client management programs, new client targeting, and partner BD plans.

Oversee high-profile marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance the firm\’s visibility.

Provide insight, analysis, and tracking to ensure measurable business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

Proven law firm BD experience, ideally within international disputes or arbitration.

Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities.

Hands-on, proactive approach in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Willingness to travel internationally.
