Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading US law firm to recruit a Revenue Manager. This role involves working directly with 50 Partners, Lawyers, and the Revenue Controller, Billing, and Credit Control teams to ensure all offices contribute efficiently to the WIP, Billing, and Collections cycle, and to track revenues across the various EMEA practice groups. The role is based in the City with a hybrid working pattern: three days in the office and two days from home. This is a senior role with no direct people management, but responsibility for overseeing around individuals across the practice group, ensuring the revenue process is managed effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all phases of the revenue cycle
  • Overseeing WIP and AR across all EMEA offices and sections
  • Target setting and managing billing/collection drives
  • Supervising the credit control function
  • Working closely with 50 Partners and local Finance Managers to deliver results

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant and in-depth revenue control experience
  • Essential law firm experience
  • Experience liaising with overseas offices and international clients
  • Ability to inspire trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders, particularly Partners
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
