Totum Partners is helping a professional services firm recruit a Revenue Controller for their Dublin office. This is a hands-on finance role supporting around 20 fee earners across two business entities. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the Dublin office and 3 days working from home each week.
In this role, you will:
- Own the accuracy of client, matter, and payor data, including intercompany setups.
- Take the lead on billing, including complex mirror matters and intercompany transactions.
- Be the go-to for billing/WIP queries and escalations.
- Drive cash collection and manage aged debt, working closely with cashiers and credit control teams.
- Support month-end billing, reporting, and financial control processes.
- Coach fee earners and support staff on billing, credit control, and system best practices.
What you bring:
- Experience in billing or revenue using Elite 3E in professional services.
- Experience with complex group billing across multiple entities.
- Solid understanding of VAT, credit control, billing, and master data management.
- Strong organisation, communication, and Excel skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident under pressure.
